Once your payment is confirmed, your Dachshund puppy will be delivered the next day. If you make your payment today, you can expect to receive your puppy by tomorrow evening. After registering the delivery, we will provide you with the tracking number and all necessary shipping details to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.

Shipping

Shipping your Dachshund puppy to your address has never been easier. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled cabin area for pets, inside an airline-approved carrier. Before the journey, you will receive the flight number, arrival time, and a reference number to identify your puppy. We offer flexible options:

• Home delivery: Your puppy can be brought directly to your address.
• Airport pickup: You can pick up your puppy at the airport with a reference or airbill number, just like meeting a person.

Shipping is completely safe and stress-free for the puppy. Typically, you will receive your puppy within 24 hours of shipping, depending on your location. Based on our experience, puppies handle flights comfortably and arrive happy and relaxed.

We use airlines for shipping because it is the fastest and safest way to transport puppies, especially for long distances or out-of-state deliveries. Your puppy will travel in a special, climate-controlled, and pressurized compartment on the plane, separate from passenger luggage.

Key Shipping Features:

• Airline-approved pet kennels: Customized based on the puppy’s weight and journey duration.
• Proper labeling: Crates are marked with colorful “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers, along with the destination airport, confirmation number, and your contact details.
• Familiarization: Puppies are played with inside their crates beforehand to ensure they are comfortable and not fearful.
• Food and water: Adequate provisions are included to keep your puppy nourished and hydrated during the trip.
• Weather checks: We only ship when weather conditions are safe for your puppy. Shipping is scheduled from Monday through Saturday.

We prioritize your puppy’s health and safety and will not ship if conditions are deemed unsafe. Most puppies adjust quickly and feel at home soon after arriving.

Nanny Shipping

We also offer a nanny shipping service for the safest and most stress-free delivery. A reliable airline nanny will fly with your puppy and deliver them directly into your arms. The nanny stays with the puppy throughout the flight, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need. This service guarantees that your puppy’s journey is smooth, safe, and comfortable.

Health Certificate

A health certificate is required for all pets traveling by air. This document confirms that your puppy is healthy and free from illnesses. All airlines mandate this certificate to ensure the safety of all pets on board.

Pickup Instructions:

• Please be available at home or the airport at the scheduled time.
• Puppies are usually ready for pickup one hour after the flight’s arrival.
• A valid ID (such as a driver’s license) is required to collect your puppy.
• We kindly request that you contact us once your puppy arrives safely at your home.
• Please take your puppy to your veterinarian for a health check-up within 48 hours of arrival.

We will follow up with you 24 hours after delivery to ensure everything is perfect, answer any questions, and measure your satisfaction.
